In chess, a "Centaur" is a human/AI team. They beat pure humans and pure AI.

Don't try to beat the robot at math. Be the human who directs the robot. Learn to communicate with models. Your new skill isn't "Excel"; it's "Orchestrating Intelligence."

Step 3: The "Translator" Opportunity

The most in-demand role right now isn't "Data Scientist." It's the "AI Translator."

Techies know the code. Executives know the business. Neither understands the other. If you can bridge that gap—if you can explain how LLMs can solve a specific supply chain problem—you are invaluable.
