Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by SurvTest ("Company"), the rights, obligations, responsibilities of users and the Company, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Company provides the following services.

• AI Survival Type Diagnosis Test
• Provision of AI-related information and content
• Other services determined by the Company

Article 3 (Copyright Attribution and Restrictions on Use)

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company. Users shall not use information obtained by using the service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior consent.

Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is exempted from responsibility for providing services if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto. The Company is not responsible for obstacles to service usage caused by the user's fault.
