Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using the "AI Survival Test", "Survival Kit", "AI Tools Directory", and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by SurvTest (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the rights, obligations, responsibilities of users and the Company, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the AI survival type diagnosis test, tool recommendation simulation, and informational content provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to a person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (User Eligibility)

This Service is intended for individuals aged 14 or older. Users under the age of 14 require the consent of a legal representative.

Article 4 (Effectiveness and Changes)

These Terms become effective upon the User's use of the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws if necessary, and the amended Terms shall become effective by announcing them within the Service.

Article 5 (Provision & Limitations of Service)

The Company provides AI-based survival type diagnosis and tool information services. However, please note the following:

• The "Survival Kit" feature is a virtual simulation, and the scores displayed are for entertainment and educational purposes only and do not guarantee actual ability.
• The Company does not warrant the integrity, accuracy, or timeliness of the Service and provides it on an "AS IS" basis.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or harm the system
• Using automated programs (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to collect data
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent
• Interfering with the advertising system through invalid clicks, etc.

Article 7 (Privacy)

The Company does not collect or store separate personal information during the use of the Service. "Survival Kit" data is stored only in the user's browser, and only anonymized statistical data may be collected for service improvement.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The results and information of this Service are for reference only and cannot substitute for professional psychological or career counseling. Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for the quality or safety of third-party services introduced in the "AI Tools Directory".

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and intellectual property rights for all content (text, images, logos, source code, etc.) within the Service belong to the Company. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use them without the Company's prior consent.
